This Privacy Policy is designed for the use with the Acer Family App of Acer’s Employee Welfare Committee, developed and maintained by “tapbee Inc.” We only use this App for the purpose of announcement and communication of employee activity messages, organization of rewards programs, registration operations, surveys, sports channel, and life services. The Privacy Policy provides you an overview of how Acer processes your personal data. Before you provide your personal data, carefully read this Privacy Policy. As permitted by laws and regulations, Acer’s Employee Welfare Committee is committed to managing and protecting your personal data. By delivering and storing your personal data in the system, you agree that Acer’ Employee Welfare Committee will control, store, transfer, and process your personal data. Your personal data will be processed by Acer’ Employee Welfare Committee and its service provider.

The purpose of your personal data collected by Acer’s Employee Welfare Committee is to manage the Acer Family App platform of Acer’s Employee Welfare Committee. Acer’s Employee Welfare Committee may use your personal data for the purpose of announcement and communication of employee activity messages, organization of rewards programs, registration processes, surveys, sports channel, and life services. However, Acer will not collect any of your sensitive data, including those about your gender, religious belief, race, and political views. In order to run this system or this website, Acer’ Employee Welfare Committee may cooperate with a third-party service provider. The services offered by such third parties include maintenance of the website of the life channel and sports channel, consultations about data processing techniques, website management, legal consultations, accounting consultations, and other administration, back-up, and security services.
